Do I need Premium if I’m on a GLP-1?
No. The free site covers the method, and most people do well with the Starter Pack. Premium makes sense if you want structured weekly plans, want to plan ahead for coming off, or want to ask questions as you go.
Is this medical advice?
No — and nobody on the internet should be giving you that. Trimsy is a method for eating, training, and thinking about weight loss. For prescriptions, dose changes, or medical questions, talk to your GP or prescriber.
Can I cancel Premium?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the billing month. No retention calls, no “are you sure” loops.
Does the Starter Pack cover coming off the medication?
Briefly. The full coming-off playbook — including the transition month, appetite rebound, and the muscle maintenance block — is Premium only.
