Refund Policy

The short version

If you buy a Trimsy digital product and don't find it useful, email hello@trimsy.health within 14 days of purchaseand we'll refund you. No forms to fill in. No reasons required.

What's covered

All digital products sold via trimsy.health — including PDF guides, meal plans, training plans, and any future digital downloads.

How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@trimsy.health from the email address you used to buy.
  2. Include your order number (in your purchase confirmation email).
  3. We'll process it within 3 working days. The refund hits your card or bank account in 5-10 working days after that, depending on your bank.

Things you should know

  • You don't need to delete the file — once a refund is issued, the purchase is reversed in our records and we trust you.
  • Repeated refund requests across multiple purchases may be declined and the account blocked from future purchases. Fair for everyone.
  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / Stripe).
  • For UK customers, this policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing here limits those rights.

Why we offer this

Trimsy is a small, independent business. We'd rather refund the rare customer who doesn't get what they hoped for than keep money from someone who feels short-changed. The trust costs us less than the alternative.

If something didn't land for you, we'd also love to hear what was missing — that's how the next version gets better. But you're not obligated to tell us anything.
